Dozens gather in Bedford County to express concern over Northam's latest executive order Add Video

My Comments:

This video concerns Virginia Constitutional Conservatives and their efforts in passing a resolution in cities all over Virginia to stop the arresting of people not following tyrant Northam's virus mandates and edicts, if he should in the future enact such Gestapo Nazi tactic. In Australia these tactic are being employed. The resolution would allow city sheriffs and police to arrest any virus Gestapo sent out to arrest and or find people for not complying, for they themselves to be arrested by the cities sheriffs or police force.

Virginia Patriots,

I wanted to give you an update on the status of Appomattox County and the effort to STOP Northam's Unconstitutional Power Grab.

Unfortunately, the Appomattox County Board of Supervisors refused to take action to stop the Richmond Radicals and their tyrannical destruction of the 1st Amendment, but now Bedford County is working on it!

As you know, here at the Virginia Constitutional Conservatives, we are working to urge counties to adopt our 'No Shut Down' Resolution that actually requires the County to arrest and detain any State agent or official who attempts to enforce Northam's latest unconstitutional decree...and now Bedford County is bringing it up for a vote!

So it is vitally important that you swing into action right now and contact the following Board of Supervisors Members in Bedford County.

First, you must contact Supervisor Bob Davis at (434) 660-9200 and THANK HIM for introducing the resolution. And then remind him how important it is that the enforcement teeth are not removed (the detainment of any state agent trying to rip away your God-given and Constitutionally protected rights)

Next you need to call the following other Members of the Bedford County Board of Supervisors and tell them they must vote YES on the Resolution as written!

Supervisor John Sharp- (434) 515-2180

Supervisor Tommy Scott- (434) 525-8400

Supervisor Edgar Tuck- (540) 871-0940

Supervisor Tammy Parker- (540) 586-5032

Supervisor Mickey Thompson- (434) 942-2062

When you call them, you need to be blunt- a vote against the resolution as written is violating their oath of office and allowing tyranny in Bedford County.

Violating his oath of office and the Constitution of Virginia, Governor Northam has once again taken power he does not legally hold and essentially banned any gathering, public or private, of over 25 people while working to destroy our businesses and places of worship.

Article 1 of the Virginia Constitution clearly states “That all men are by nature equally free and independent and have certain inherent rights, of which, when they enter into a state of society, they cannot, by any compact, deprive or divest their posterity; namely, the enjoyment of life and liberty, with the means of acquiring and possessing property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety.” And, "That the freedoms of speech and of the press are among the great bulwarks of liberty, and can never be restrained except by despotic governments; that any citizen may freely speak, write, and publish his sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right; that the General Assembly shall not pass any law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, nor the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for the redress of grievances.”

Now is the time to act!

We are urging local representatives to pass a Resolution of Nullification that is not a worthless and toothless do-nothing statement, but rather use the Constitutional Office of the County Sherriff to arrest anyone who attempts to trample the rights and liberties of the citizens of Virginia.

Without the enforcement clause, this Resolution is meaningless.

We all have watched as Counties all across the Commonwealth passed "Gun Sanctuary" resolutions with no enforcement teeth. And since the passage of Red Flag Gun Confiscation, the vast majority of illegal property seizures have been done in those same counties.

This is exactly why it is vital that Counties now pass this Resolution that has enforcement responsibilities and actually charges the County Sheriff to arrest and detain anyone who attempts to violate our God-given and Constitutionally protected rights.

And now Isaiah Knight, Candidate for the Virginia House of Delegates, is leading the grassroots effort to protect your God-given and Constitutionally protected rights right here in Bedford County!

If you are as angry as I am, please sign our petition at this link and join us in our effort to STOP Northam's illegal orders and once again make Virginia a bastion of Freedom.

But most importantly, you must call the following Bedford County Supervisors today!

Next we will circle back and fight to pass the Nullify Northam Resolution in Appomattox County, if the Board of Supervisors stands and fights, and not just buckles under and does nothing or worse yet, pass a toothless, and unenforceable resolution!

So after you have called the Bedford County Board of Supervisors, next you need to call these supervisors in Appomattox County and tell them it is their duty, as Madison and Jefferson declared, to stand between the people they are elected to represent, and tyranny!

First, you must contact Supervisor John Hinkle at 703-862-1167 and tell him to introduce the resolution. And then remind him how important it is that the enforcement teeth are not removed (the detainment of any state agent trying to rip away your God-given and Constitutionally protected rights)

Next you need to call County Supervisor Sammy Carter and tell him he must vote for the Resolution as written. Not amend it or adapt it. You can reach Supervisor Carter at 434-238-7025.

And finally you need to call County Supervisor Vice Chair Bill Hogan at 434-248-9060 and Supervisor Watt Abbott at 434-610-0670 and tell them they must vote for the Resolution or you will work against their re-election.

Moving forward there are several other counties now working on the effort to Nullify Northam's Unconstitutional Orders. But it will fail without your help.
