If this is true, than you will have to throw out the understanding that has been given in Daniel chapters 2 and 7. Because it is in these chapters that the Word of YaHVeH gives the understanding of the Beast and it continues into the book of Revelation. I believe what confuses people, is the religious (Rev. 13:11) influence the last Beast has on the world. It is through this religious influence that causes the idea ("spirit") of the last (fourth) Beast of Daniel chapter 7 to stay alive in unbeliever’s hearts. It is through this religious organization that other world governments have been seduced to incorporate the idea (spirit/attitude) of the Roman Empire into their governments (including the USA read article: https://bodyofyahshuakeptinyahvehsname.webs.com/75ezek17eagleandusa.htm ). By doing this, Satan has deceived the entire world (Rev. 12:9). I believe we need to first start with Daniel Chapter 7 to gain a clearer understanding of the Beast of Revelation. It is in the book of Daniel the Word of YaHVeH gives HIS explanation of the statue in chapter 2, and HIS explanation continues in Daniel chapter 7. What is described in Daniel chapter 2 is the same in Daniel chapter 7, but with different symbols. These symbols represent pagan (gentile/unbelievers) kingdoms (see pictures: https://bodyofyahshuakeptinyahvehsname.webs.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=7803314 ). The visions begin with the captivity of the House of Yahudah by the Babylonian Empire and ends with the last resurrection of the Roman Empire (Rev. 13:12), which will be around when Yahshua the Mashiyach returns (second coming/Rev. 1:7) in the clouds. If we begin to move away from what the Word of YaHVeH has already established (Eph. 2:20) to understand these hidden (mysterious Rom. 16:25) meanings; to those who don’t have eyes to see with, and ears to hear with (Yashayah. 6:9-10), we ourselves will begin to give interpretations out of our own heart (Yirmiyah. 23:16, 26; Yechizkiyah. 13:17) that will mislead and confuse what the Word of YaHVeH has already laid down (1 Cor. 3:9 – 15; 2 Tim. 4:3). We are going to focus on the Fourth Beast of Daniel chapter 7, which are the legs of iron, and feet of iron mixed with clay of Daniel chapter 2 with the ten toes. Da: 2:41: And whereas you saw the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as you saw the iron mixed with miry clay. Refer to Yasha'Yah/Isaiah 64:8 to understand who the clay is. Da: 2:42: And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. Da: 2:43: And whereas you saw iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. Da: 2:44: And in the days of these kings shall the Elahh of shameh set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. Da: 2:45: Forasmuch as you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great Elahh has made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation of it sure. Daniel: 7:7: After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. Daniel: 7:8: I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

“The ten horns symbolize the same thing-the ten stages of government continuing out of the Roman Empire after its fall in A.D. 476.” The 1st horn: The Vandals, who sacked Rome in 455. The 2nd horn: In 476 the Odoacer set up his government at Rome called the Heruli. The 3rd horn was the Ostrogoths, 493-554. These governments did not heal the deadly wound. These were foreign governments ruling in Rome. These are the horns plucked up by the roots. What is this horn with eyes like a man and speaking great things? The 4th horn is when the deadly wound was healed: Justinian, Emperor of the East, from Constantinople 554 A.D., set up his government through an Imperial Legate at Ravenna, Italy, and brought about what is known in history as the “Imperial Restoration” of the Empire. If we apply Bible prophetic time to this verse [a day for a year, refer to Ezekiel 4:4-6, Numbers 14:34] you get 1260 years that the healed beast is to continue. Following the healed wound in 554 A.D. we have the 5th horn: Frankish Merovingian kingdom 427 A.D. [French], the Holy Roman Empire ruled by Charlemagne 800 A.D. the 6th horn: German, then the 7th horn: Austrian Hapsburgs Otto was elected and the 8th horn: Napoleon’s kingdom 1804 healed the church state relationship [French]. Napoleon was crushed in 1814 the beast that was healed continued no longer. The 9th horn Garibaldi 1870 came out of the bottomless bit and united many little divisions on the peninsula of Italy into one nation, …”which culminated in the fascist rule of Mussolini.”
If you follow the above description of the ten horns of Daniel 7 you can NOT look at the ten horns of Revelation 13 and 17 in the same way . When you look at Daniel 7 you should be counting until we get to the tenth horn, which the tenth horn brings us to the last resurrection of the Roman Empire in the “last days” (our time). The tenth horn of Daniel 7 brings us to the beast rising out of the sea with ten horns in Revelation 13 and 17.

Daniy'yah: 7:9: I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of HIS head like the pure wool: HIS throne was like the fiery flame, and HIS wheels as burning fire.
Da: 7:10: A fiery stream issued and came forth from before HIM: thousand thousands ministered to HIM, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before HIM: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
When you read Daniel you must take into account Revelations. You must remember that Yahshua has already come in the flesh, was crucified, raised from the dead and now has ascended to Yahveh’s right hand. Verse 9 and 10 of Daniel is jumping to the return of Yahshua. Verse 11 goes back to describing events before He returns.
The beast seems to have vanished in verse 11. We can now look back on this and see that the main land of Europe has not been a great super power until these “last days”. Europe’s economic, and military power is being bolstered by what we know today as the EU. The world for the past 400 or more years has been under the economic and military power of Great Britain (Ephrayim) and now the USA (Menashsheh). People will be astonished when the EU will eventually dominate just before Yahshua returns. Those who don’t understand will be surprised (Daniel 12:10; Mat. 24:5):
Da: 7:11: I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.
Da: 7:12: As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.
Da: 7:13: I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Ben of Adam came with the clouds of shameh, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought Him near before HIM.

Daniel: 7:14: And there was given Him dominion, and splendor, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve Him: His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
Daniel: 7:15: I Daniel was grieved in my ruach in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me.
Da: 7:16: I came near to one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.
Da: 7:17: These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.
Da: 7:18: But the kadoshiym of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever.
4th Beast:
Da: 7:19: Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron4th, and his nails of brass3rd; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;
Da: 7:20: And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.
The Catholic “church” (the stout horn) completely dominated the remaining 7 horns (Rev. 13:11 Catholic in the west4th/Orthodox in east3rd of the empire).
3rd = the third beast of Daniel 7:6.
4th = the fourth beast of Daniel 7:7.
Da: 7:21: I beheld, and the same horn made war with the kadoshiym, and prevailed against them;
Da: 7:22: Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the kadoshiym of the most High; and the time came that the kadoshiym possessed the kingdom.
Da: 7:23: This he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
Da: 7:24: And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
Da: 7:25: And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the kadoshiym of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
Da: 7:26: But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his4th dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.
Da: 7:27: And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole shameh, shall be given to the people of the kadoshiym of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey HIM.
Da: 7:28: Now is the end of the matter. As for me Daniel, my cogitation much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart.
