I had to update this article because my understanding has grown and changed (2 Kepha 3:18). It is regrettable that we live in a world that is full of deception, error and that I myself have grown up not being taught the truth (Rev. 12:9; Mat. 24:5). I was raised up in traditional Christian teaching and it has caused great confusion in my life in understanding when reading and studying the scripture. I trust you will not judge me to harshly because of this change in understanding; but remember Apollos needed to be corrected and updated on the message of Yahvshua (Acts 18:26). The reason I say this is because if you read the scriptures without any outside influence, I believe you will clearly see that YaHVeH’s Torah/Law was not, has not and will never be done away. It is now clear to me if we believe in the Lamb of YaHVeH, the first born Ben Yahvshua whose name we are to offer up (Yohn 16:23-24) as the blood offering (Yahn 1:29), grain/bread offering, First Fruits offering, Shelem offering…etc to YaHVeH. It is through Yahvshua the Mashiyach that these offerings and all offerings has been satisfied (Iybriyiym/Heb. 9); and it is because of His offering for us that we are no longer under the death penalty of the law of YaHVeH, which the phrase “not under the law” (Romans 6:14) comes from, but we are to live by it, because it is through YaHVeH’s Torah the righteous works HE expects from us through our belief comes (Ya’akob/“James” 2:18). It would make no sense what so ever for Yahvshua to lay down His life because of the death penalty from that Law/Torah and then say, “O, by the way, it’s all right to disobey that Law”; not to mention the woman caught in the very act of adultery, and He tells her to “go, and sin no more” (Yahn 8:11).

There is no other way you can be saved/delivered but by belief in the blood of Yahvshua the Lamb of YaHVeH. There is no other way (Acts 4:10-12; Rev. 12:17, 14:12)!

Yahvshua (the one "many" have counterfeited and call "Jesus" Rev. 13:11) has died for our sins (Yahvchanan/Yahn 1:29), fulfilled the sacrificial representations (Iybriyiym/Hebrews 9:10), He has been raised from the dead (I Cor. 15:3-4), He has lifted the "yoke"/Talmud (Mat. 11:29-30; Acts 15:10; Gal. 3:19; Col. 2:14) and He has established the Ruach Law/Torah on our hearts (Shemoth/Ex. 20; Yechizkiyah/Ezek. 11:19; Rom. 3:31, 7:14; I Cor. 6:9-10; Heb.8: 10), which includes the keeping of YaHVeH’s Sabbaths (V'yakra/Lev. 23; Heb. 4). Yahvshua will return to set up the Kingdom of YaHVeH on this earth (T'hiyliym/Ps. 47, 67; Zech. 14:4; Rev.5:10).

The Sabbaths are part of the Ruach Torah given at Mt. Sinai (Shemoth/Exodus 20:8-11; V’yakra/Lev. 23). YaHVeH’s Sabbath’s are a sign/mark to HIM that you are HIS (Shemoth/Exodus 31:13; Yeshayah/Isaiah. 58:13-13; Yechizkiyah/Ezek. 20:12; Iybriyiym/Hebrews. 4). The Sabbath’s should be kept the way Yahvshua gave example (Mattith'Yah ha Leviy/Matthew 12:12).

The stone tablets that the commandments were written on at Mt. Sinai represented (schoolmaster Gal.3: 24) the hardness of mans (our) heart to receive those commandments (Yechizkiyah/Ezekiel 36:26; Zecharyah/Zechariah 7:12). The New Covenant in Yahvshua's blood revolves around the 10 commandments given at Mt. Sinai (Ex. 20; Dabariym/Deuteronomy 4:10-13; Mat. 19:17-19; Yahn 10:16; Hebrews 8:10; Rev. 11:19).

"Many" (Matthew 24:5) "Christians" make the mistake of confusing the Ruach Torah (Ten Commandments) given at Mt. Sinai (Shemoth/Exodus 20; 31:18; 1 Melekiym/I Kings 8:9; Rev. 12:17) with the Torah of Mosheh, which required the death penalty for disobedience (Dabariym/Deut. 31:26; Acts 15:10; Col. 2:14). "Many" (Mat. 24:5) Christians misunderstand Colossians 2:16 when Shaul/Paul was telling the new converts not to allow those OUTSIDE the "Ekklesia" (Congregation/Body of Yahvshua) to judge them because they were keeping the Sabbath’s (Acts 17:2; I Cor. 5:8), but NOT the Talmud; and other aspects of the Law of Mosheh such as stoning and animal sacrifice (Acts 15; Gal. 5)! The early Ekklesia had two sides pulling on them. On the one side they had the unbelieving Yudiym/"Jews" many were of the sect of the Pharisee's (Mat. 16:6). Then they had the Gentiles, their family and friends (Luke 12:51-53; Acts 15; Col.2:16). It was Yudiym of the sect of the Pharisee's (unbelieving) and unconverted Gentiles who were judging the new converts because they did not participate in the pagan rituals or all aspects of the Torah of Mosheh and Talmud (Luke 12:51-53; Acts 15), but they continued to keep the Ruach Torah (Shemoth/Ex. 20; Yechizkiyah/Ezek. 11:19; Heb. 4, 8:10), which includes the keeping of YaHVeH’s Sabbaths through belief in Yahvshua (Heb. 4).

When new converts come into the Body of Yahvshua, we are not to beat them down by trying to force things they don’t understand yet down their throat (Romans 14). YaHVeH’s favor is own them; HE is going to teach them in HIS time the things HE expects from them. We are not to micromanage a new convert’s life. Now, if a situation arises in the Body of Yahvshua where there is blatant sin, then it must be dealt with quickly and a person might need to be put out of the Body until they repent (1 Corinthians 5).

Remember those things that have been placed outside of the Ark of the Covenant are temporary/physical/material/not everlasting (Dabariym 31:26). Those things placed inside the Ark of the Covenant are eternal/ruach/everlasting (1 Melekiym/I Kings 8:9; Rev. 11:19; 12:17; 14:12).
